Join Melodie for this 2 hour immersion of restoration and renewal. We will share practices that support your awakening body to the energies of spring. In honor of the season I will be guiding techniques in self massage, lymph drainage, and scarring of a supportive herbal allie for the season. You will receive a sample of herbal infused oil to work with the rest of the season. The intention for our time together will be to inform one how to greet this cycle from a physical and energetic place, and deeply tune into a variety of practices to leave feeling restored.
